Westwood

This home is a testament to the blending of styles. While one homeowner loved moody colors and mid century touches, the other wanted airy with traditional touches. The end result blended their styles in a fresh way that allowed them both to express themselves. The public spaces of the home are a soft greige that provided a light warmth which was grounded by the dark green trim. The green trim then inspired the color drenched bathroom off of the main entry with green tile, counters, tile and paint. The wavy granite backsplash in the kitchen married the rich urbane bronze cabinets, greige walls, green trim, black hardware and wood tones for a gorgeously dramatic backdrop to the space. The Atlas Granite in the primary bathroom inspired the deep green tile floors and we carried the color of the shower wall tiles onto the walls and ceiling to envelope the space in the soft green hue making the expansive shower perfectly cohesive in the space.
